Conference Registration
Open to both member and non-member cities of The League of Historical Cities.
Please carefully review the information provided in the Conference Registration Fee List section below before registering. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, September 30th, but registration will close once capacity is reached.
Notes
- Please note that participants may be photographed or filmed by media outlets, the organizers, and related parties during the conference. Such images or footage may be used in newspapers, television, websites, social media, printed materials, and other media related to Himeji City, The League of Historical Cities, and other relevant organizations. By completing conference registration, participants are deemed to have agreed to the above.
- Please note that you may register for only one of the excursions to Himeji, Kyoto, or Nara.
- Conference registration is required to register for the excursions to Himeji, Kyoto, or Nara.

| Transportation from the excursion destination to Kansai International Airport is included in your excursion registration. | |
| If you are not participating in an excursion and need transportation to Kansai International Airport after the Closing Ceremony on the 12th, transportation from the conference venue (Arcrea HIMEJI) to Kansai International Airport is included in your conference registration. In that case, you will arrive at Kansai International Airport around 14:00 on the 12th. Please note that lunch on the 12th is not included. |
